A first for Asia, Cédric Grolet Singapore is the award-winning French pastry chef’s fourth shop after Paris (La Pâtisserie du Meurice par Cédric Grolet, Cédric Grolet Opera) and London (Cédric Grolet at The Berkeley) openings. With more than 11 million followers on social media and voted the world’s best pastry chef by Grand Tables du Monde and World’s 50 Best Restaurants respectively, Grolet’s exquisitely modern creations are beloved by pastry fans worldwide. Inspired by the twin universes of fruits and flowers, every piece is a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Open for breakfast and afternoon tea, dine-in or takeaway, Cédric Grolet Singapore offers a range of desserts, pastries, sandwiches and Singapore exclusives including a special tea menu.

Custom light fixtures were collaboratively created by L’Observatoire Intl and OTTO Studio. Taking inspiration from the graceful form of petals, these fixtures are crafted with a minimalist design. The concealed light source is fully integrated into the fixture, and each petal is intricately designed to evoke organic movement, reminiscent of the gentle unfurling of flower petals.
